The University of Winnipeg 2022 Entrance Awards for International Students are offered to suitably qualified students with outstanding academic records who are looking to pursue an undergraduate degree program at the university following graduation from a high school outside of Canada for the 2022/2023 academic session with a partial tuition funding award.
The Entrance Awards for International Students is a partial tuition fee funding established by the university which will be automatically offered based on the applicant’s admission average and other considerations like applicants’ financial need. Successful International Students who are successful in receiving the Undergraduate scholarship worth partial tuition funding must register for classes in the session for which the award was offered.

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF WINNIPEG 2022 ENTRANCE AWARDS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
Applicants must have a minimum 85% grade average from the grade 12 high school courses.
Applicants must not have previously attended any other post-secondary institute other than for dual credit high school/post-secondary courses.
Applicants must submit their admission application no later than 6 months after high school graduation.
Applicants must submit a completed application for admission, including all applicable fees and all supporting documentation before the application deadline.
Applicants must not have previously been selected for other the university’s entrance awards.
Upon acceptance, applicants must register for the following minimum number of credit hours below according to their term of study:
Fall term: A minimum of 9 credit hours within the first academic year.
Winter term: A minimum of 9 credit hours.
Spring term: A minimum of 6 credit hours of 6 to 8 weeks in duration.
