Funded by the U.S. Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program provides scholarships to talented students from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The Undergraduate Scholarship and Postgraduate Scholarship Initiative seeks to support students coming from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who exhibit strong leadership potential but lack the financial resources to pursue an education following the American model.

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE FULLY FUNDED MEPI TOMORROW’S LEADERS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2024 TO USA:
Undergraduate applicants must be current high school seniors or 2022-2023 graduate.
Undergraduate applicants who are current high school seniors must maintain their high academic achievement and pass their leaving exam.
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English. Minimum TOEFL iBT score of 80 (received within two years of application date).
Graduate applicants must provide evidence of academic English proficiency as required by the relevant graduate program.
Graduate applicants must commit to completing their master’s degree within two academic years
Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Applicants should be underrepresented or economically deserving students and provide supporting financial documentation.
Applicants must have the ability to travel and start their undergraduate program in August/September of 2024.
Applicants must demonstrate strong academic credentials.
Applicants must show Graduate Program Evidence of academic English proficiency as required by the relevant graduate program.
Applicants must commit to completing their master’s degree within two academic years.
Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

Prospective candidates for the MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship 2024 are required to submit their applications online by the specified deadline, whether they are applying as undergraduates or postgraduates.
