About the Young Professionals Program
One Acre Fund’s Young Professionals Program offers high-performing African graduate’s meaningful internships and training opportunities at a high-performing, mission-driven organization. Our internships are paid and all interns can expect to receive substantive work assignments working on high-impact projects that support One Acre Fund’s operations.
When joining, interns will participate in an onboarding program and receive training on how to design and execute projects. About the Role
The Administration Coordinator Will Support the successful completion of the aim of the Seed Centre at RICA through administration of professional courses, supporting seed center staff and partner organizations.
Responsibilities
You will Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth delivery of the Seed Technology and Business (STB) Professional course
Event coordination support to Seed Centre and seed sector civil society
Communication support to the Seed Centre and partner organizations
You will Perform other office management related tasks.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
1+ years background in office management, hospitality, events, or marketing.
Skills in google suites applications
Knowledge: customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Skills: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Interpersonal, Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Bachelor’s degree in communication and other related fields
Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Location: Bugesera, Rwanda
Benefits
Interns will be provided with a reasonable stipend for the duration of their contract. Rural area-based fellows will be provided assistance in locating suitable housing.
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Eligibility
This role is only open to citizens or permanent residents of Rwanda
