    Description

    Are you a young changemaker passionate about social impact, sustainability, or climate action? The DSM-Firmenich Progress Foundation Scholarship 2025 is your chance to attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany, fully funded. This prestigious opportunity empowers young entrepreneurs from Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America who are leading impactful initiatives in nutrition, community resilience, or ecosystem restoration.

    About the DSM-Firmenich Progress Foundation Scholarship

    The DSM-Firmenich Progress Foundation is committed to driving sustainable change and supporting the next generation of leaders. The 2025 scholarship will select five outstanding young leaders to represent their work at the global stage of the One Young World Summit, taking place from 3 – 6 November 2025.

    Degree Level

    One Young World Germany DSM-Firmenich Progress Foundation Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Summit level programs at Germany Universities.

    Available Subjects

    Following subject are available to study under this scholarship program.

    • Social Sciences
    • Climate Change
    • Sustainability

    Example Impact Areas

    Your initiative could include:

    1. Tackling micronutrient deficiencies or delivering nutritious food to vulnerable communities
    2. Building resilient local systems and addressing social inequality
    3. Restoring natural ecosystems, combating climate change, or protecting biodiversity and water systems

     

    Benefits

    This fully funded international scholarship includes:

    1. Summit access to One Young World 2025 in Munich, Germany
    2. Hotel accommodation from 31 October to 8 November 2025
    3. Round-trip economy air travel
    4. All meals during the summit (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
    5. Ground transportation between venue and accommodation
    6. Pre-programme activities in Munich and inclusion in the DSM-Firmenich delegation

     

    Eligible Nationalities

    This scholarship is open to applicants of all nationalities.

    Eligibility Criteria

    You should apply if you meet the following:

    1. Aged 18–30 at the time of the summit (older applicants may be considered if impact is demonstrated)
    2. Reside in Africa, Asia-Pacific, or Latin America
    3. Have 3–5 years of business experience, ideally running your own enterprise
    4. Leading a project in one of the three focus areas:
    1. Fighting malnutrition
    2. Strengthening community resilience
    3. Protecting and restoring ecosystems
    1. Have had limited access to global opportunities
