The Technical University of Munich (TUM), in collaboration with the Konrad Zuse School of Excellence in Reliable AI (relAI), has opened applications for its MSc scholarships focused on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Healthcare AI, and Machine Learning. This program is designed to train the next generation of AI researchers who can develop safe, trustworthy, and human-centered AI systems.
Unlike traditional AI programs that focus mainly on coding and model building, this scholarship emphasizes “Reliable AI,” which includes safety, ethics, transparency, privacy, and responsible decision-making systems.

The scholarship supports Master’s level studies in: MSc Artificial Intelligence, MSc Machine Learning, MSc Robotics, MSc Data Science, MSc Computational Science, MSc Medical/Healthcare AI-related programs, Other AI-related interdisciplinary programs at TUM or LMU

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold an excellent bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

- Meet English proficiency requirements (C1 level or equivalent recommended)
