The ALAT by Wema Summer Internship programme is a month-long internship programme put together by Wema Bank to empower teenagers between the age of 15-18 with skills and knowledge needed to experience and explore the professional workplace at the early stage.
During the programme, participants will engage in various activities including interactive workshops, collaborative projects, and real-world simulations, and get hands-on experience and knowledge from seasoned professionals that will enhance their skills and expertise

Age 15–18
