Dell Technologies Female Mentoring Program 2025

STEM Aspire is a female mentorship program connecting students to mentors within Dell Technologies. Its aim is to encourage and empower enthusiastic female students to have rewarding careers in the technology sector.

Requirements for Dell Technologies Female Mentoring Program Qualification

  • As a female studying a STEM degree or STEM related course or business related course
  • HBO 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or University Bachelor 2nd, 3rd year or University Master 1st or 2nd year
  • Dutch speaking – professional language skills or native
  • Interview date, Process and Venue for Dell Technologies Female Mentoring Program
  • Successful applicants will receive a link to complete a short interview

 

What is expected from me

Engagement with your mentor once a month (can be online, hybrid or face-to-face) for 6 months from February 2025 to July 2025

Participation in events run by the program (onsite opening ceremony, 9 training session on topics “Technical Skills, Personal Branding, Soft Skills” and the closing ceremony)

70% attendance of sessions is required to receive certification (100% = approx. 20 hours, events + mentoring)
