Background and Justification

The fight against misinformation, particularly regarding vaccination, has become a major challenge. The proliferation of false information on social networks has contributed to growing public distrust of vaccines, thus hampering efforts to achieve vaccination coverage targets. In order to counter this phenomenon and restore trust, the EPI, with the support of its partners, has implemented an ambitious digital  communication strategy around vaccination. This aims to provide reliable and accessible information while engaging in dialogue with communities on social networks. Proactive management of these platforms is essential to raise awareness, educate, and respond in real time to public concerns.

In this context, the recruitment of two SSAs, Digital Communication Assistants, becomes crucial. These professionals will be responsible for managing the WHO and EPI social networks, animating online communities, moderating discussions, and ensuring that institutional messages are clear, consistent and adapted to each target audience. Their role will also be to support the implementation of the digital communication strategy by coordinating campaigns, creating engaging content and ensuring constant monitoring to detect and combat disinformation.

  • Ensure monitoring and reporting on the e-reputation of vaccination on digital trends (tools, apps) of actions carried out and performances.
  • Develop and monitor the implementation of information campaigns.

  • Prepare periodic reports on the implementation of assigned activities.
