NerdzFactory is now accepting applications from recent National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members who have been posted or redeployed to Lagos for its 2022 Internship program. The NerdzFactory Internship details and requirements are listed below.
The internship program aims to identify and develop some of Nigeria’s brightest young minds into leaders in technology, human capital, and social space.
Interns will work with the organization as their designated PPAs, completing interesting projects and learning more about the workplace. Outstanding interns at NerdzFactory may be retained after their service year.
Internship Opportunities at NerdzFactory
Human Resources: Will have the opportunity to manage people, shape the organization’s culture, manage performance, and manage talent. From drafting employment contracts to reviewing company policy to facilitating town hall meetings, I’ve done it all. You will have the opportunity to expand the company’s human resources operations.
Marketing and Business Development: Will have the opportunity to increase the company’s market share and revenue. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a growing company by writing proposals, talking to prospective customers, and reaching out to potential clients and partners.
Technology & Business Operations: Will have the opportunity to leverage technology to drive business growth as well as day-to-day operations.
Project Management: Will have the opportunity to manage some of the country’s most interesting human capital development projects. You will have the opportunity to own and deliver projects, from designing project plans to meeting with stakeholders to designing project reports.
Eligibility for a NerdzFactory Internship
Nigerians aged 18 to 30 are eligible.
Be a recent National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member; Be posted or redeployed to Lagos;
Look for a Primary Assignment Location;
Technologically inclined;
Have a laptop;
Previous internship experience (at least one month) is required.
NYSC Clearance is required on a monthly basis.
