What will you do?
Ensure that the Safety Net Locust Response (SNLR) geographical and beneficiary targeting criteria is discussed with all stakeholders, and is adhered to during the selection processes
Follow up with partners to ensure that the set targets for the SNLR are achieved within the set timelines
Provide registration support to partners, and on job training whenever needed
Crosscheck the SCOPE registration data submitted by partners, share with Transfer Management Team (TMT) for dedup analysis and enroll cleared households’ data into SCOPE. Follow up with partners where necessary to make corrections on households with errors.
Support in the preparation of distribution cycles and lists. For the cleared households
Receive from TMT, phone number validation results for the cleared households, share with cooperating partners those not validated, for sim card equipping, keep all records of Simard’s equipping and share with supervisor, WFP Country Office social protection and TMT Focal Points on a weekly basis
Coordinate with cooperating partners and Food Security Partners (FSP) at field level to ensure that those households in need of Sim equipping are supported timely to ensure timely assistance as per the agreed SNLR timelines
Together with Sub Office Field Monitors conduct monitoring of the SNLR project activities and follow up on monitoring findings and Open M&E cases from the call center requiring resolution by WFP. c8vV3Zx CWdPR5
Support in periodic CP assessments/evaluations and project surveys.
Support in the review and submission of the CP invoices to LO payment processing unit
Support in the preparation of the weekly SNLR reports
Any other task requested to undertake
Do you meet the Minimum Requirements?
Completion of Secondary School Education. A Post -secondary school certificate in the following fields is desirable: Development Studies, International Affairs, Economics, Social Sciences, or any other field relevant to international development Assistance
Four or more year of experience in programme implementation and monitoring
Fluency in oral and written communication in English & Somali is a requirement

Knowledge and experience of the use of SCOPE is desirable
Experience in Safety Net programming is desirable.
Proven experience and ability to work under pressure and independently on technical matters with minimum supervision
Understanding of Cash based Programme in humanitarian context
