ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Technical Director – Cameroon. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of ICAP’s programs in Cameroon under the supervision of the Country Director. The Technical Director will also have experience working effectively as a part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Global Vax Regional Officer position by June 09, 2023.The successful candidate will hold an MD (or international equivalent), or MPH and eight (8) years of experience in a mid-to-senior level management (technical) position in large, complex, multi-year international development projects that have implemented successful activities in areas such as comprehensive HIV care and treatment. This position will be based in Garoua, Cameroon.
