Chevron’s Procurement/Supply Chain Program | What to Expect
The P/SCM Development Program is a challenging program designed to develop a pipeline of future strategic leaders for P/SCM by enhancing participants’ skills and providing a variety of opportunities throughout the enterprise (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream and Corporate center). Interns will be engaged in full-time with the following:
Develop P/SCM capabilities and business acumen
Contribute valuable work to P/SCM function and business
Category management
Contracting
Procurement operations & digital
Eligibility Criteria
The procurement/supply chain management development program is designed for graduate students who;
Currently enrolled in MBA and/or master’s in Supply Chain Management, and/or Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics program.
Have strong academic performance and career interest in supply chain management
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities and business acumen
Possess leadership potential
Can innovate and look beyond standard practices
Exhibit excellent communication abilities
Promote teamwork, diversity and integrity
Are open to learning and exploring a variety of procurement/supply chain business areas
Two to five years of prior work experience preferable
Are geographically mobile
